| Women are the main gatekeepers when it comes to healthcare for the family, and one of the main determining factors as to where an individual goes for their healthcare was either a recommendation from their doctor, or from a friend. St.Vincent wanted to be that recommendation. |
| SOLUTION | |
| The idea was to take the success St.Vincent had with their 338-KIDS hotline and extend it to women. By launching 338-4-HER, St.Vincent was able to position themselves as a trusted resource and partner for women, as well as one that understood the changing healthcare needs a woman will experience in her life. |
| RESULT | |
| So far, over 500 phone calls have come in to the hot line. And while that’s a distant second to the wildly successful 338-KIDS campaign the amount of good will the hot line has achieved is a little hard to measure. |
